At Sixth Sun Consulting, we believe the first revolution is internal. When we value ourselves by looking inward first, the magnitude of the energy and power we express in our outside world is raised exponentially.

Our thoughts and intentions are powerful beyond measure. When we transform ourselves, we transform the world. When we take the risk of losing ourself to gain the essence of who we really are, we commit the greatest revolutionary act possible. It is then we are able to liberate ourselves and gain access to our true essence, ultimately unlocking our fullest potential.

Services for Individuals:

• Enneagram Instruction: Trained by Enneagram Worldwide in the narrative tradition, Yvonne brings a culturally-competent perspective when working with the Enneagram that assist her clients in achieving a higher understanding of self or consciousness. She also uses the Enneagram to work with groups to assist in gaining a deeper understanding of group dynamics and techniques to reach a higher level of synergy.
  
  
• Reiki Energy Work: Reiki is the practice of drawing upon universal energy often called “chi” to enhance a person's physical, emotional and spiritual well being. The Japanese word "Reiki" is formed from the word "Rei", which meaning "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and "Ki" which means "life force energy". Reiki can be used in combination with other methods of healing. A typical treatment lasts about an hour.
  
  
• Transformative Coaching: As a tranformative coach, Yvonne meets people where they are at and draws upon their inherent gifts to facilitate a journey of personal development that is representative of her client's values base. Yvonne draws upon the the "laws of attraction, as described in The Secret, to assist her clients in restructuring their thought processes through realistic steps and goal setting. It's a journey to transforming your life.
