Nick was the founder and lead consultant for Agility Results, LLC. Agility Results was born out of his passion to assist organizations in their ability to adapt, grow, and succeed in the nonprofit arena. With over 15 years in the nonprofit and public service arena, Nick's experience ranges from that of a volunteer, office manager, board member, community organizer, volunteer coordinator, fundraiser, and executive director. This wide range of experience gives him the opportunity to view and relate to organizational members from many different levels.

Nick believes it is critical for organizations to honestly assess where they are in the present moment and where they would like to be in the future. Too often organizations spend their limited resources trying to fix what is "wrong," rather then envisioning and working towards the future they truly desire.
As a white ally and as a queer identified, transgender activist who has experienced both privilege and oppression as it relates to gender, Nick is adept at using personal narrative to engage those struggling with their own privilege in a non-threatening way.
